As an ASHI member, my job is to provide you with unbiased professional advice about homes—whether you are in the
market to buy or sell.
We offer two types of home inspections,
Pre-Purchase and Pre-Listing . We will also do partial inspections, but due to the way many areas and items overlap in a home,
it is hard to draw a clear line at times.

Whether you need a Pre-Purchase or a Pre-Listing inspection, you are guaranteed to receive an unbiased, comprehensive, computerized report describing findings. This detailed printed report will include summary pages for action and main-tenance, as well as recommendations for improvements. Photos included with the pre-purchase report supply valuable insight. |
